You have to be passionate about the nonprofit organization you haven’t even developed yet.  It’s all in your mind and it’s up to you to do your research.

When doing your research, find out what it is you’re trying to accomplish and who is on the receiving end.  Find out if you’re doing something unique or if you’re improving something that’s already in existence.
